You have 5 days to return it to the courier if it is a customized item, there will be no return policy.

So returns will be taken if your or someone else's wrong name is due to us

• All Jersey Emporia customers are required to video the courier opening after the courier arrives.
• In which you have to video the courier from both sides (front and back) and then you have to show the courier opening the packaging and showing the damaged product in the video.

According to our rules, return payment will be made if the video creator laughs
